TECHNOCRACY: THE CONSPIRACY THEORIST

Ink, Conte’, Ink wash on 75 lb. paper — Michael Burns

In the last few days I have been concerned with conspiracies and the idea of conspiracy of thinking. It is something that I have been writing about in another extensive piece on China. Without consciously realizing that; it was, not the focus of the writing, the focus was about China, more aptly the CCP, and the concept of conspiracy was woven in and out of those words. It was running under the surface of the piece and now I consider it a important part of the whole, if not maybe the real story deserving its own study.

Conspiracies theories are a favored weapon of the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) among other world governments, military and intelligence institutions — in this time of open Internet in the west.

Conspiracy theory can and should be consider the most successful propaganda campaign the CIA has ever invented.

A world and world powers using the idea of the ‘conspiracy theorist’ as a tool to forward their ideas and subversion of an enemy state, is a extremely potent motor of propaganda; mis/disinformation.

The idea of the ‘Great Reset’ using COVID as a limited hangout for all kinds of conspiracies some with greater or lesser, or even partial truths. Muddying the water and stifling; placing obstacles in front of a greater truth.

I realize now that foreign governments, even giant corporations build ‘fifth columns (FC)‘ in opposing nations or nations they wish to influence highly in their favor — for one reason or another. Whither it be economic or political, to divide or to gather data on, and this is done even within the nations where that corporation originated. The idea of soft power.

**China is a good example of this as it has for decades created these FC’s in other countries, and keeps an atmosphere and the minor groups within the CCP that work for one or another Central Committee member, misinformed and keeps a condition alive of, walking on eggshells. Not being able to completely trust. (That being said I must also add that ‘Trust’ is now something that can be bought and sold)**

These ‘fifth columns’ are tools to create conspiracy theory, or conspiracy theorists. They take the guise as think tanks and activist groups, NGO’s, and some are on social media or, are controlling the information on an app that a young person uses like ‘Tik-Tok’ or ‘We Chat’. The psychology of the Asch paradigm is confronting the likely convert.

The ‘app’ exploits preexisting subversive nature and immature ideology about the world and enables ‘influencers’ those who gain followers or are placed in situations where they might change the beliefs of many who do follow them. They are paid shills, many with an unreal understanding of what they do. They are in it for the money, nihilists at heart, they bear no allegiance. These influencers, and Matrix 1 class called ‘top influencers’ usually celebrities willing to prostitute themselves to the app for big gain, give gifts to those who aid them, and many companies and corporations have exploited these specific features. There are great concerns with the electronic addiction. Dopamine addiction is subtle but fierce. A silent addiction that is actually changing the shape and way a human brain operates.

‘Growing’ a customer base is vital, but also creating an air of false trust. Pandering to ignorant parents, about the safety of the app. The app employs AI to analyze the users…

“Influencers often use the “live” feature. This feature is only available for those who have at least 1,000 followers and are over 16 years old. If over 18, the user’s followers can send virtual “gifts” that can be later exchanged for money.

Many within ‘fifth columns’ are not quite enemies of the state, but are highly gullible and used to peddle a narrative a few inches, driving ranking on specific points and many times miles away from the real, or, bring it into a group, they are involved in; a circle of friends, are influenced by and would like to influence… or subverting and seeing some other cynical side of this upturn.

This is, the use of ‘soft power’ in its extreme, and these individuals who are influenced by it, are highly destructive without realizing it — wherever they repeat the lie or mis/disinformation. When they are entrenched within the thinking of a select populace as a whole — these normalized lies eat at the culture and cause atrophy of its proper workings add to its polarities and it is a state of constant cyber war. A silent worldwide cyber war…fracturing communities and families, religious affiliations.

This present fifth generational war that exists is a prime example of its use. This is a total war; a world war that is not spun out every day on your television for you eyes. It is subtle, relentless with combatants for the other side walking around amongst you.

The internet has made this kind of propaganda so easy to broadcast, to stream on a continuing basis; obtain and influence the many that are incapable of understanding how easily they are being used in this endeavor. Seldom do the many read or understand history. A few individuals with computers and heads full of lies can upset a whole organization. The one thing that has become apparent is that information is held in a kind of religious reverence as the truth, the only truth. Such as, the use of an cellphone app, or meme idea of a cultural issue like climate change, of gender, or Donald Trump, the president of the United States. This process is now being used to pull this actor from power.

Many achieve cult-like status, and reach deeply into an appropriate ergonomic.

The United States government and generally the west, have to take their fair share of this type of propaganda, and soft power aimed at the demise of a nation, eating at its foundations in favor of globalism and a technocratic world government reach for the final Global Technate. And this is specifically because the Internet is a wild west show of opinions and mainly free and completely open here. At least it seems that way; the ‘real’ information one has to dig deeply and carefully for… And the multipolar world is only able to gain such power by closing the internet behind an electronic Iron curtain in both Russian and China, Iran and beyond.

There is, a specific type of smugness when someone within a group of like minds calls out the heretic. When group thought has totally permeated the platform, as a bastion of central opposition and knowledge to a world, that is seemingly going insane — a world is unknowable in the end. Far too many possibilities. Can I prove that? Without falling into skeptical thought, or conspiracy theory, not really. I know that reality unfolds and I have an imagination. For a long time many in this system that we live in, told me so, and that I relied on it much, but then again, I am a artist.

Nothing can be proved without a doubt, it is a matter of the evidence collected in favor of what one believes — or the group believes. We are all capable of that, and I would dare to surmise, along with a predisposition to understand the subject on a deeper level that we are faulty of that ‘confirmation bias’ — even those who point out the heretic. Doubt can always be generated, with enough intelligent thought. And so as long as that persists, truth in the fact can never really be absolute. And must always remain in doubt, a sort of plastic thing. Never really finite, fluid and changing according to the context. Truth has become very subjective in the present world.

Groups are the furtherance of classic gatherings of people: familial, clan, tribe. With merit or without merit, they are at their base, group thinking. Many might think that they stand along with the group in believing that through many minds in synergy a greater truth is found after a round or two of that constant chattering and hammering on the finer points of a problem. But much, has been gained in modern society by the thoughts of a single individual alone with their own personal thinking. Thinking on a subject over a projected period of time. Willing to understand that even they must constantly revise what they once stated as fact. That is the process of wisdom, refining evermore what one believes.

Attention spans have shortened, and I notice that many times I see a short phrase above an article informing one of how long it will take to read it e.g. a three minute read or a twenty minute read. We are so concerned with time now, and what we consider a waste of it…so, a twenty minute read is a considerable amount of time to invest in a thing. Much of what passes as truthful information is in milliseconds and seconds and minutes… thus gives credence to the slang term TL;DR.

Without skipping of into the woods, and digressing, I find that amazing, that the lost of the capability to focus and concentrate for a prolonged period on a thing. To be addicted to the small bits and bites of the written word and snippets of exploitive and sometimes voyeuristic video or, the AI summaries are the staple food of the average Internet surfer. Showing the early signs of a brain changing.

Scientific journals and books are filled with the thoughts of individuals, not groups. And yes groups can pretend to be individuals.

Individuals’ thinking has remained the linchpin of paradigmatic shifts in thought and public influence through evolution. Group think in scientific studies is the phenomenon of the modern era. The scientific consensus: there is is no such animal. A consensus really is only a solidarity in spite of agreement. A necessity in a world that favors the group over the individual and that serves that politically, and for the sake of the empire. That and making sure your pay cheque arrives in your bank account on time…

An individual is an ancient form of thinker that is quickly dying in a group think world, filled with institutions, and political parties, tribes, and many other polarities of thought, a world bound for eventual collectivism. God help us!

People, in general, are losing the ability to think their own thoughts and stand up and voice them willingly, always tainted by some internal chatter from the many parasites that enter thought from all sorts of places — the internet and the many social platforms and podcasts, books, television and radio, workplaces and community circles. Trivial tidbits that are cast into the mind, by one slab fondling idiot or another, that erupt in minds later as thought. Like a virus they can shift how many times in the span of a day. Memes destroy certainty and replace it with indecision.

An individual thinks his own thoughts, forms his own beliefs — the members of a group must tailor their beliefs in order to fit into the greater group, they are easily swayed and dominated by one or another that is so clever; compromises must be made, and, are made for the success of the group, the life of the group, so that, that individual may/might become an excepted honorable member. The group thinking, in the end, coerces him to makes compromises with his own scruples, his own inherent needs. The individual’s beliefs might/must have to be honed down, reshaped to fit into the governing body’s rules of that group, whether it be science or mysticism, politics or the status quo.

I read an interesting thing the other day that the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) took in some 22 million applications for membership, but only allowed 2 million of those applicants to receive membership with a mandatory one year probationary period. What are they looking for in the applicants? Is it virtue or the potential for malfeasance?

Many groups might allude to their gathering being a collection of individuals toiling over a query or problem that the group faces. And that mental collaboration is greater than the single individual. A synergy of thoughts and ideas greater than the single thinker. But that is not so, and many that are in favor of groups are really only very timid types, or lonely, those who need a social engagement to thrive and sometimes weak in their willingness to stick to their own guns and put forth their own argument. They need groups, support, to encourage them. They need the group’s reassurance, with some, of course, tweaking of their final arguments and behaviors. A majority are being coached and look for shelter in this shit storm that we are living as reality. The common thing that is found in all groups, is the eradication and extinction of the individual and his own personal power. There are those evil people at the basis or in the wings of such groups that are purely evil and know quite well what they are doing. One should look to the work of Dr. Louis Jolyon West to fully understand how evolved his methods have become in 2025.

Groups are not organisms without control, collections of right-minded individuals, they are lead and seek out leadership naturally. It is the natural settling of many minds on one thing. Which in itself may filter out a very strong individual who might take control and actually do something. Or it could invalidate the one who is looking to be in control, who is there for that very reason.

“It is widely believed that to be a conspiracy theorist is to suffer from a form of irrationality.”

To call someone a conspiracy theorist in an argument or a debate is the worst of possible things, for it dismisses them as lunacy, a mental defect. And when you dismiss them this way, you call them crazy. It is a weaponized phrase meant to dis-empower individuals. I say that again, individuals. It questions seriously the integrity and essence of their intelligence. It places a terrible mark on everything that, that individual will say after the fact of that accusation. It is both brutal in its result, and so absolutely final in its conclusion, of, exclusion. Which is what it aims for directly or indirectly. And that result is so easily gained, simply in the fact of saying, “He is a conspiracy theorist, that is a conspiracy theory!

‘Conspiracy Theory’, is a CIA invented declension to dismiss, ridicule and do in, anyone who questions the official government narrative, policies, science on a subject — it was first in use to discredit anyone who questioned the ethics of those who criticized the actions of the Warren Commission and its final Report, that stated in the end — even though four out of the seven members; Hale Boggs, John Sherman Cooper, John J. McCloy, and Richard Russell Jr. had serious doubts about the ‘Magic Bullet’ theory. Which placed in doubt the finding of the full commission’s conclusion that Lee Harvey Oswald was, in fact the lone assassin of John F. Kennedy, then President of the United States of America.

Justice Earl Warren, Gerald Ford and of all people Allen Dulles, the much-hated adversary of John Kennedy, were those who remained of the total number of the commission’s conclusion in their findings that Oswald was a lone assassin. The conspiracy of three.

Dulles was the head of the CIA at that time. So the idea of conspiracy theory; conspiracy theorist would have come from his camp within the CIA. And Dulles knew about conspiracies. He created many of them of which America fell foul of… And the intelligent had to be shut down. Dulles hated individuals.

Warren was a friend of Kennedy’s and supported him as president, but he was serving as both Chief Justice of the United States and Chairman of the Warren Commission at the same time. It was trying, and he was unhappy about it and was ‘coerced’ by Lyndon B. Johnson to head it… as a judge, he valued the honest scrutiny and candor of witnesses to whatever happened on that fatal day. But as a politician, he believed in the need for secrecy of some matters that the public should not know about. And there is a reason for that…He compromised because of this, and because of his need for a speedy ending to this terrible situation, and in the end the final report was swayed by his need for a unanimous committee conclusion of the final version.

Gerald Ford was a rising star, who was a “U.S. Representative (later 38th President of the United States), House Minority Leader.” He was appointed by Johnson and was the wrong type for this appointment, a boy scout and avid Mason, he was only to be concerned with pleasing and this was his first real appointment to an important political position, happenstance possibly, and during his time there he and the experienced Justice Warren interviewed Jack Ruby the assassin of Lee Harvey Oswald. And Ford reported constantly to the FBI, during this, he would have been easily swayed by the spook-mind of Allen Dulles, the Devil’s Chess-mate. An unscrupulous man, a natural spy. An evil man.

Allen Dulles, a smarmy kind of fella that had been dismissed by John Kennedy in 1961 for his fiasco and disastrous ‘Bay of Pigs‘  and the ‘Algiers putsch‘. Kennedy had known of his role in the coup in Iran and Guatemala. He was the John Dee in Camelot.

Dulles had not liked that President Kennedy had presented him with the National Security Medal on November the 28th, 1961. And then the next day his resignation letter signed by him was released by the White House. He was being put out to pasture. Dismissed. This was a new world and his type were no longer needed. Kennedy did not like Dulles and was speaking about him directly when he said, “I will splinter the CIA into a thousand pieces and scatter it into the winds.” He saw the CIA, run by Dulles as a sinister shadowy entity in the American fabric, something that would always be a problem causing problems politically and internally within the United States of America. A pawn of the corporations and mainly driven by their need for great power and money. Their need to create a world government and New world Order. And their deep connection and affiliation with secret society and Israel.

But the CIA was significantly the shadow side of the democratic body. The shadow reflection of democracy. Democracy’s consequences in a dualism universe. And the more we move into the future, the more polar that idea seems to become — only an immature mind would see that absolute goodness can never totally prevail. But this is not to contend that we live in a causality universe.

Lyndon B. Johnson’s appointment of Dulles to the committee was in effect to ‘coach’ the committee on how to speak to CIA witnesses, but really it was to have some ‘control’ of the committee, as can be seen with Boggs, Cooper, McCloy, and Russell doubtful of the findings and suspicious of Dulles. Men in their own right not trusting the conclusion. Individuals.

Accusers who use conspiracy theorist as an argument. Who use this form of denial, as a routinized strategy of exclusion, a reframing mechanism, that both deviates and defects concern about the power structure, corruption and that motive, it is an attack on the person-hood and competence of that questioner. It demeans them. It makes them small. It is a popular ad hominem that instantly refutes any further discussion, stripping the questioning interlocutor of any reason often to avoid the need to account for one’s own actions and speech. It controls information and steers it back to the dogmatic preset of the accuser. It demonizes and demotes certain voices and at its ultimate, it stifles the further discourse of certain issues and public discourse on the party line. Penultimately, the very paradigm itself.

“The scientific method is an empirical method of acquiring knowledge that has characterized the development of science since at least the 17th century. It involves careful observation, applying rigorous skepticism about what is observed, given that cognitive assumptions can distort how one interprets the observation. It involves formulating hypotheses, via induction, based on such observations; experimental and measurement-based testing of deductions drawn from the hypotheses; and refinement (or elimination) of the hypotheses based on the experimental findings.”

The world intellectually is driven mainly by Science, I would say, it is all built on theorem, a stenciled cut-out form of thought. Formulated thought. Cut-outs that are rigidly adhered too to find a fact, or solute a problem. Not truths, but near truths, truthiness. The same process over and over and over… It is a categorizing formula that places each and everything in a place by its name, a noun, a category or a list, a family or a similarity. But it is all based on a belief. That formula of thought, a ‘Scientific method’, if used consistently will yield the truth, the fact in the end? It has now been polluted by the idea of belief; science as religion. Atheism and the scientific method served up with a modicum of group think, crowd wisdom, de-individuation, becomes scientism, the green faith of climate and a scientific consensus poppycock.

And all this reaches from these said truths, to a scientifically superlative God; A unifying theory, still to be found, if it can be found, that ties all things in the universe together into one big cheese glob.

It has been surmised, through the thoughts of individuals from the past that gravity is a constant, that it remains the same throughout the universe, the same everywhere in that universe? There are four underlying laws that permeate and translate and govern the universe in totality, it is said — Gravity, Electromagnetism, Weak and Strong Nuclear force. And all this is based on one-free-miracle: the Big Bang. Which when mathematically calculated can never reach past the beyond, that mystical place when it all started, a time before an object so small, with infinite mass, with infinite energy some 13.798±0.037 billion years ago (now re-estimated at somewhere around 16 billion years) exploded with such force that everything we see, feel or interact with is an evolution of that action so long ago. But that belief is as much an act of faith than any adherent can have of a world religion or to God creating the universe in an instant. In fact, it is the genesis creation myth of physicists.

But what if it is an electric universe, a universe filled with plasma, a universe that is affected by those that observe it and who change it by that observation, by that experimenting with it, by the act of creation, bend it to the will of the imagining artist. What if universes exist within universes each within their own unique and peculiar noble laws of mechanism. What if our noble laws are only native regionally to this galaxy if it is in fact a galaxy.

Skepticism by its nature is a philosophy of thought, it is an aspect of scientific inquiry pertinent to the individual using that philosophy. One cannot put on a skeptical mind. You are either a skeptic or you are not… A skeptical mind is a thought form that is adhered to through an ardent belief that God does not exist, via its own religion of atheism, and the formulated thought of the scientific method — and this is the ultimate truth, the ultimate philosophy of thought and thinking?

Skepticism is an inflexible mode of thought even doubtful of what it finds and will continue testing indefinitely, it sets a limit to the capacity of human thinking, and human knowledge and the right response to it. Skepticism is a state of constant doubt. Of an awareness that the universe is not static but continually changing, always changing.

It can be a rigidly dominant left brain theory of mind that refutes imagination and thwarts intuitive leaps of logic. It is convergent using the simplest possible answer, a linear a to b to c, against any divergent idea of many many possible solutions. It is reductionist. The divergent could be called liberal, the convergent could be called conservative and in that lies the political rub and the need for the term ‘Conspiracy theorist’. The conspiracy theorist is an individuation, and that by definition is ‘not’ mentally ill but, innovative, unique, intuitive and distinct by definition.

What if the Universe is becoming more complex, what if it is a movement from convergence to complexity of divergence. What if what we believe is not a set of fixed laws, but a evolving predilection to the next state. I find it hard to believe that the universe evolved to what we hear, see and feel and then somehow stopped in this state, to become final…

I will quote Alan Moore, who said…

“Yes, there is a conspiracy, indeed there are a great number of conspiracies, all tripping each other up … the main thing that I learned about conspiracy theories is that conspiracy theorists actually believe in the conspiracy because that is more comforting. The truth of the world is that it is chaotic. The truth is, that it is not the Jewish banking conspiracy, or the grey aliens, or the twelve-foot reptiloids from another dimension that are in control, the truth is far more frightening; no-one is in control, the world is rudderless.”

― Alan Moore

Woven all between this snippet of truth; Moore is a ceremonial magician that believes that words are magic and that the writer is really a magician weaving spells with his words. But then again Alan did drink the KoolAid. But I will admit he is a fine artist, dark, but an artist.

…and in that lies an unusual truth that even the skeptics fear, there are those who know this, and they in their vapid belief of themselves and the world take advantage of it, and there are plans within plans to use, against this rudderless world.

Only an atheist communist would grasp what I speak of here in totality. In the end only conspiracies can give a tangible explanation of what really happened — the complexities of events when secrets are kept, when lies planted to confuse — the myriad of possibilities at the time were all supplying their own input into a world that has grown past any single country, or political group, belief or individual. When those who know bury the truth in lies and repeat those lies often enough to simply place doubt. And doubt is the end result of someone who wishes to dismiss the conspiracy theorist.

The full flourishing of the individual shall not be stopped…

What simply amazes me, is that every single day that I awake, the miracle happens again, and some unseen force, overnight seems to keep it from flying apart and spinning wildly out of control into what is believed to be a cosmological constant state universe.

May God bless you and keep you whole and save you from the suffering ahead.
